    • Michael enlisted in the Canadian Military (Army) and was p[osted to Chatham, NB. While servive in Chatham, Mike developed an excellent softball pitching skill and pitched ball for the Chatham Iron Men. He was subsequently posted to Kingston, Ontario at the Canadian Military College. Upon his retirement, he located in Stellarton, NS (Donna's home town) and then relocated back to Kingston, Ontario after a few years in Stellarton.
